Chi-Town

It was a busy close to May, between spending a long weekend in Chicago, my birthday, and Memorial Day weekend. Chicago was great, as always. We spent my birthday at a Cubs game with my old college roommate Tony and his girlfriend. My birthday dinner was a hot dog at Wrigley, but that was fine by me. The only thing that was different about being in Chicago this time was that public transportation has lost some of its charm. I was more impatient with it's inconvenience than I have been in the past. Memorial Day weekend was good, we went out one night and we went to a picnic one afternoon (well, as picnic-y as a picnic indoors is), but we spent most of the weekend doing around the house catch-up kind of stuff. Now I say, bring on June!
